I would highly recommend this storage facility. Dawn went above and beyond to facilitate and help me secure the perfect unit. It's really tough to find storage facilities with operating hours that accommodate my busy schedule and this facility offers extended hours and Dawn really made me feel like she truly cared about me as a new client and made it very easy to do the paperwork and get everything ready for me to move my things in. Well I would give it 3.5 stars. The limited interaction I had with the property manager was pleasant and had no issues getting a unit however the unit has a low ceiling and is in serious need of some maintenance. The unit was very dirty and I had to clean it before I could start putting my things in there. Also it was hard to find online to reserve a unit. If someone just searches storage units it brings up every other storage facility other than USTOR. Aside from all that everything else is great and I like the 24/7 convenience the standard practice of 6AM to 9PM with other storage facilities just doesn’t fit my schedule. And the customer service is great. There is always someone there during business hours who can help.“

The facility has 24/7 access, a knowledgeable friendly management team, They care about the renters concerns and are proactive about handling disputes and don't nickle n dime ya to death. Find us near Bear Creek Park, Fort Logan National Cemetery, Sheridan Recreation Center, Loretto Heights Park, and Pinecrest Village Park.

- Head northwest toward Cleveland Pl
